Directions For Adult Use:
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) to three (3) capsules in the morning and one (1) to three (3) capsules at mid-afternoon with a full glass of water. Do not take in the evening. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Please note: Guarana extract contains caffeine and should not be taken by those wishing to eliminate caffeine in their diet. This product has 20 milligrams concentrated ephedra group alkaloids per serving in the form of herbal extracts. DO NOT EXCEED 100 mg ephedra alkaloids from the combination of all sources per day, or for a period not more than 12 weeks - it will not improve results.
