Directions for use: Rub a small amount of TestPro-alpha vigorously into a relatively hairless area, such as the abdomen, shoulders, or the underside of the arms.. a handy measuring scoop is provided to make sure you use the proper amount. Apply at least one hour prior to desired activity. Do not exceed more than one application in any 24-hour period. Cycling TestPro-alpha for 3-4 weeks on and 1-3 weeks off is recommended.
