Each Pure Protein Bar is fortified with a
100% RDA vitamin/mineral complex and the protein is mostly from ionic
whey protein.
Products that have a high
glycemic index trigger an undesirable insulin response. This reaction

an increase in fat storage. Conversely, products that are low glycemic
