Directions for Men and Women:
As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules with a glass of water 2 times daily, one hour before meals (preferably before morning and afternoon meals). You may begin by taking 1 capsule twice daily during the first week. Two capsules, twice daily during the second week can be taken. Three capsules twice daily can be taken during the third week and beyond in order to assess your individual tolerance.
