Suggested Use:
For a rich, creamy shake, mix 4 scoops (150g) in 16oz. of cold water. Use CytoGainer 45 minutes to 1 hour before your workout, training session, or practice. Next, be sure to have another serving within 30 to 45 minutes after your workout.
